Community Snapshot
For many small faith communities, the hardest part is knowing where to begin. You may be noticing changes—fewer children and families, inconsistent participation, or a sense that something isn’t quite connecting—but it’s not always clear what’s underneath or what to do next.
The Community Snapshot is a simple, supportive starting point. Through a small number of conversations with community parters—and, when possible, with families or young people—I take time to understand your community’s current experience. I also look at patterns of participation and engagement to identify what may be shaping who shows up, who stays connected, and where there may be gaps.
We then meet for a 90-minute conversation to reflect together on what’s emerging. Following that, you’ll receive a short written summary with a handful of practical, realistic recommendations—steps that are aligned with your size, capacity, and values. The goal is not to overwhelm, but to offer clarity, direction, and a grounded place to begin moving toward deeper belonging.
Investment:
Community Snapshots are typically offered in the range of $500–$1,200, with flexibility based on the size and resources of your community.
